5. What is PSI and why does it matter?

The ideal pressure depends on the material and cleaning task. Using excessive pressure can damage certain surfaces, so always follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

6. What does GPM mean?

GPM (gallons per minute) measures the amount of water a pressure washer can deliver.

PSI relates to water pressure, while GPM relates to water flow. Both specifications can help you understand a pressure washer's cleaning capability.

When comparing products, consider PSI and GPM together rather than focusing on only one specification.

8. Can I return a pressure washer if I change my mind?

Yes. Eligible purchases can generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The product must meet the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy. We offer free return shipping, charge no restocking fee, and do not designate any products as final sale.

9. What should I do if my pressure washer arrives damaged?

Please contact Quippity as soon as possible if your order or product arrives damaged.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product so we can assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, an eligible order may qualify for a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
